What is the normal delivery time within Australia
Delivery is normally 14 days within Australia however in some cases it maybe longer. In some situations we maybe able to speed up the delivery, feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to discuss.
What is the cost of postage / delivery?
All purchases include free standard postage Australia wide. Registered or express is available for an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering for a quote based on your location.
Can I get a print sent overseas?
Yes you can, please contact us with your address so we can provide the postage cost.
Do you offer different sizes to what is specified on the website?
Yes, we are more than happy to discuss a size to suit your needs however the largest prints is a maximum of 1000mm on the shortest side.
Are the images printed in Western Australia?
Definitely, every image is printed individually with the upmost attention paid to every detail, we are very confident you will be extremely happy with the quality of your image.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and includes Goods & Services Tax (GST).

When you receive your image and you are not happy with the quality of the product we would like to hear from you as we are committed to providing the very best high quality product and customer experience.
Shipping
All prints are rolled with paper and placed in strong postal tubes to guarantee its safe arrival. If a special order is required please contact us before ordering to discuss your options.
Media Types
All paper prints are printed on Ilford fine art paper, the paper chosen depends on the image but be assured we shall choose the best paper for your image.
Canvas prints are printed on high quality canvas with attention to detail. Canvas sealing is available upon request using Ilford Galerie Canvas Protect at an additional.
Stretching your canvas print is also available, please contact us for pricing. All stretched canvas prints are mirror gallery wrapped unless otherwise request.
