Based in Perth, I specialise in capturing fine art landscapes from around Australia. When I’m not working I love to travel and capture landscapes.
I am completely self-taught and have built my knowledge over the past 12 years attending workshops, online training and being part of the local photography community in Western Australia where I have perfected my skills.
Focussing on light, textures, and patterns I constantly push my own boundaries to produce stunning landscape images and challenge myself to create something different combining my unique style of photography.
Recently in June 2o22 Shirley entered 4 landscape images into the WA Photographic Salon organised by Pro Photography WA. Three out of the four images were selected to be exhibited at Central Park, Perth. At the end of the exhibition one of Shirley’s images was announced as the winner of the People’s Choice Award
From 2015 – 2016 Shirley was President of the Rockingham Photography Club then from 2016 – 2018 she took on the role as Treasurer.
